Attiéké fish
Description
Attiéké Fish is a classic Ivory Coast dish composed of attieké, a fermented cassava semolina, accompanied by grilled fish. This dish is often garnished with fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and a spicy sauce, providing a flavorful and comforting combination.
Ingredients
- Attiéké ministre from tcheris_market
- Sea bream or any other fish of your choice
- An onion
- A tomato
- Parsley
- Fresh peppers (optional)
- Oil
- Vinegar (optional)
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
Preparation
1. Reheat your Attiéké using a couscous maker or in the microwave
2. Clean your fish, marinate it as desired and cook it in the oven or in hot oil
3. Dice your onion, tomato and peppers
4. Crumble a little parsley
5. In a vase mix all your cut ingredients, a little salt, pepper, paprika, oil and vinegar
6. Mix and set aside
7. In a dish add your Attiéké, your fish and the vegetables (dress to your liking and enjoy)
8. You can also accompany your dish with alloco and chili paste
