Baobab

Baobab powder is obtained from the baobab fruit which is very rich in vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in soluble dietary fiber and is known for its strengthening properties. At Tcheri’s Market, we pay attention to the purity and cleanliness of our baobab powder, which is therefore free of sand.

Composition: Organic baobab powder. Rich in vitamins C, B6, iron, potassium, magnesium, calcium and fiber.

Country of origin: Côte d’Ivoire

Usage

Drink as a drink, mixed with water and sugar. Maybe combined with coconut milk for better flavor. It is also used in the preparation of certain African dishes such as millet porridge.
