Shea butter 500g
Shea butter comes from shea fruits whose trees grow only in the savannahs of West Africa. Shea fruits and therefore butter vary depending on the region and country. That of the Korhogo region (city located in the north of Ivory Coast) is recognized for its exceptional quality and particularly soft texture.
At Tcheri’s Market, our shea butter from Lataha (Korhogo village) is produced using traditional techniques (cold pressing and manual churning) so that it retains all its natural properties. Our shea fruits being harvested when ripe, the smell of the butter is balanced or even light, depending on the production seasons. But as a general rule, it is neither too strong nor non-existent.
