Soumbara
Soumbara or netetou is a staple of West African cuisine. Used in dishes such as lafri (lafidi), soumbara nandji or fouti, it enhances the taste of the dishes with which it is associated. This mild spice, with its strong flavour and fragrance, can be sprinkled on various dishes. Regular consumption helps combat high blood pressure.
Composition: Organic soumbara powder. Rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium.
